Ordering & Payment

You must 18 years or older to place an order at alsik.togo.dk.

All prices are in Danish Kroners (DKK) and including VAT.

When making an order at togo.alsik.dk you must provide your name, address, phonenumber and email address.

You must choose a time for collecting your food and then complete your payment. You will then receive a confirmation by email. The amount is deducted from your account when ordering, as we then start the production of your order. Using Visa Debit or Visa Electron the amount is reserved on your account as soon as the order is completed.

Alsik A/S accepts payment by Dankort/Visa-Dankort, eDankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro.

Alsik A/S encrypts your card information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.

No fee is charged upon payment.

 

Picking up your order

Online orders must be picked up at Alsik’s address no later than 60 minutes after the agreed time. The time will appear on the order confirmation.

 

Special terms

For reasons of hygiene, uncollected online orders (in the event of a delay of more than 60 minutes) will be discarded at the buyer’s expense for reasons of food safety, and there will thus be no refund of amounts already paid.

 

No right of withdrawal

Once you have completed and paid for the order, the agreement is final.

There is no right of withdrawal for online ordering of food via togo.alsik.dk. According to the Consumer Contracts Act, online purchases of food, beverages and other goods for the household’s current consumption are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

 

Personal data

When you place an order with us via www.togo.alsik.dk, we collect and process your personal data. The processing of personal data in connection with the Alsik To Go solution takes place in accordance with Alsik’s personal data policy, which is available here: https://alsik.dk/en/general-terms-conditions/

Complains

If you wish to complain about a product or service purchased from Alsik A/S, you can always submit your complaint to us at info.Alsik@Steigenberger.com, and we will process your complaint as soon as possible.

If you are a consumer, you can also submit your complaint to the Appeals Board for Hotels, Restaurants and Tourism via this link: www.hrt-ankenaevn.dk.

You can also choose the European Commission’s online complaints portal, when submitting a complaint. Complaints can be submitted here. When submitting a complaint, you must provide our email address info.alsik@steigenberger.com.
